Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked quinoa, cooked to package directions
- 4 cups grated, raw zucchini
- 1 C broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup clean EFT homemade basil pesto
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together until well combined and serve.
