Welcome to Emily's Fitness Training blog and information site. As a working mom I know that time is of the essence. I do not have hours on end to spend in the kitchen or in the gym especially now that I have 2 children. I have found that since the birth of my daughter home workouts are not only convenient but very efficient if done correctly. So I have developed an online fitness training program and nutrition program that will fit into a busy mom's hectic schedule leaving more time for what is important, her family and her passions. All workouts are created to be done at home but, that does not mean you can't take them to the gym with you. These 30 minute workouts are based on the HIIT training principle. High Intensity Interval Training is meant to get your heart rate up and kick your butt in a short amount of time. You will need very little equipment to my workout programs. I know that is not practical to cook 2 sets of meals for you and your family. I am also a strong believer that my child should eat on the best nutrition whenever possible. My nutritional programs were created to fit into a busy mom's lifestyle. you will also find family friendly recipe posts that have all been taste-tested and approved by my 3-year old.
